A vast array of online communities offer recruiting services, yet hiring top talent remains one of the biggest challenges facing businesses today. Atlanta-based staffing maven Kenneth Ferguson approached us to help him launch his boutique firm — focused on matchmaking a diverse talent pool to forward-thinking employers. Our strategy phase revealed three key words that defined the brand: Diverse, Future-forward, Energized. With these in mind, we developed a comprehensive brand identity and campaign content full of personality, color, and a bit of fun.
